About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. I maintain a private practice in Westport, CT. I am a graduate of Columbia University School of Social Work and have done post-graduate work at the Ackerman Institute for Family Therapy. I recently received my certificate in Psychoanalysis from the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.
I have broad-based experience in working with adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families. I respect individual difference, and, therefore, I use an eclectic approach in therapy, working together with the client to best serve their needs in a warm, supportive, and private setting.
I see my role as an active partner, focusing on my clients' strengths and working toward the goal of real and lasting change.
I am licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut (#006233) and the state of New York (#075649-1).
